Title[edit]

Maybe being pedantic here, but should the article title not be "Battle of Mount Qi" or "Battle of Qi Mountain", in keeping with Battle of Mount Dingjun or Battle of White Wolf Mountain? Benjitheijneb (talk) 08:33, 29 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

To me, either one is good. Thus, I'll leave this discussion to u guys.--EkmanLi (talk) 10:28, 29 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
In comparison to other Chinese battles, the convention seems to be be to translate geographic descriptors (eg. Wuzhang Plains vs. Wuzhangyuan, Battle of Hulao Pass vs. Battle of Hulaoguan etc.), so if nobody has any objections, I will put forward a move request to bring it into consistency. Kebineng[edit]

Did Kebineng participate in this war?

Absolutely! Let us look very carefully into Sanguozhi, and we will find a statement in volume 26 that says, "会亮时在祁山,果遣使连结比能。比能至故北地石城,与相首尾。(Direct translation: At the time Zhuge Liang arrived Mount Qi, he indeed sent an envoy to ally Kebineng. Kebineng mobilized to former Beide to echo Zhuge.)" EkmanLi (talk) 09:46, 25 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
