I've eaten this type of egg at several restaurants in southern Indiana and know several other people that eat their eggs this way. Why is this being nominated for deletion?

I am not sure why it is being considered for deletion here but it has been transwikied. 76.192.1.158 (talk) 16:30, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Basted Eggs[edit]

This is not a recipe - this is a process - I think it belongs here. I wanted to know what basted was - that's how I found the page! Rosegrab (talk) 17:09, 29 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Encyclopedic-ness[edit]

While there's not necessarily a reason there shouldn't be an article about this; the article should not consist of instructions on how to make it - rather, there should be an explanation of any cultural significance, history, etc, with links to reliable sources establishing its notability. —Random832 04:02, 31 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
