I'm going to slowly add more information to this page. I'm currently working on a summary of the 2006 law for my firm, and will be following it up with a summary of the 1989 law. Alai 03:14, 8 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Merge[edit]

Even if the state of being bankrupt in Chine is an entirely different topic than China's laws on bankruptcy, both these articles are too small and shoul dbe merged. Mbisanz 23:38, 31 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
