Youngest Freedom Fghter[edit]

The teen boy, Baji Rout, a Boatman, the so called "youngest freedom fighter of India", declared by far-right Odia speaking chauvinists. According to this logic, every person massacred in Jallian Wallabag was a freedom fighter and Every person died during the Great Bengal famine of 1770s, 1820s, 1860s, 1940s was a freedom fighter. I hope you will consider that, "should we call Baji Rout, the youngest freedom fighter of India or not ?" This little boy doesn't fought with the government forces with any kind of guns or bombs. Please, remember it. শৌমেন মান্না (talk) 09:02, 11 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

What has far-right or far-left got do with this?
Standing up against the British Raj required agency, not guns and bombs. Though, I prefer the term martyr. TrangaBellam (talk) 13:16, 10 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
