? New Bridewell = Central Police Station, Bristol[edit]

Can anyone tell me if the link on the list of police stations for the New Bridewell should point at Central Police Station, Bristol I have done an article under that name as that is what the listing building status says but I wondered if they were the same thing? — Rod talk 21:34, 5 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Avon and Somerset Bobby Van Trust[edit]

The section on The Avon and Somerset Bobby Van Trust has been tagged with a notability banner - if no one can find sources to demonstrate its notability should this section be removed?— Rod talk 14:24, 8 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

As no one came forward on this I have removed the section on the Bobby Van with the notability tag - if anyone can find suitable sources please put it back.— Rod talk 19:07, 16 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in Avon and Somerset Constabulary[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Avon and Somerset Constabulary's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Page move[edit]

I have moved the article from Avon and Somerset Constabulary to Avon and Somerset Police simply because that is the name the force uses on their website, in documentation and in press released so it's the offical name and Commonname. C. 22468 Talk to me 00:09, 8 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
