Dubious
Per http://www.aicpa.org/InterestAreas/PeerReview/Resources/FAQs/DownloadableDocuments/qandaprp.pdf, the PRP is voluntary. That PDF indicates that SOME KIND of practice- monitoring program is required, so I think it's fair for us to say that. But to imply that the PRP itself, which is a voluntary program, addresses a concern seems inappropriate to me. I'm going to edit accordingly.--{{U|Elvey}} (t•c) 17:51, 21 May 2014 (UTC)
