Notes about Notes?[edit]

This page needs to explain what all the "Notes" mean ... specifically, I don't know what "SB" means?

Lynchmob98 (talk) 20:48, 6 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

"SB" is an abbreviation for Season Best – the best mark achieved by the athlete during the ongoing season. Jared Preston (talk) 21:37, 6 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Image[edit]

I removed the image. The license is very suspect as tickets say you cannot take images for commercial use. As the license indicates commercial use is allowed, this is problematic. --LauraHale (talk) 03:46, 15 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There are loads of images at commons:Category:2012 Summer Olympics taken within ticketed areas. This comes under commons:Commons:Non-copyright restrictions. The Olympics was already discussed at :commons:Commons:Village pump#Photos of [Olympic] Sporting Events. jnestorius(talk) 12:30, 26 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Facts of the case[edit]

The facts about the judoka and her position and where she hit the offender do not match the information in the references. she claims to have slapped him on the back with her open hand, not "round the back of the head" and she claimed to be sitting behind him which is not what most people understand as "next to" Richard Avery (talk) 12:58, 26 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Using the information in footnote 18, I fixed the wording to reflect the source. Yoninah (talk) 15:17, 26 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Excellent. Richard Avery (talk) 21:30, 26 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Should the water bottle incident be repeated twice?[edit]

The water bottle incident is described at the top of the page, as well as further down in an incident tab. Is this intentional? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 165.91.13.88 (talk) 02:27, 20 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
