Actually this kind of stamp is issued to sell to topical collectors, has absolutely nothing to do with the state of scouting in the country. The Scott catalogue doesn't even price these stamps in used form, since they go straight from printing plant to wholesalers, none actually get sold in the country. I agree. I suggest we drop the stamps. I have altered the WOSM sentence. I think that talking about the 35 countries that are not part of WOSM is too negative, almost in a double sense. Just say they are not yet affiliated. Then go on to say what is going on there. --Bduke 12:17, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
