The Spanish language page on this Constitution is considerably better than this one. The English page is misleading when it says that it is unclear as to whether the executive was to be a President or a King. The Spanish language text of the Constitution itself says that the executive power is held by a "Director", who was to be elected by a majority of a Joint Session of Congress, and would serve a 5 year term. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vitacura6256 (talkcontribs) 20:59, 26 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
