Referred to by her first name[edit]

She is normally referred to by her first name Arfa. The same should be used in the article to refer to her. Venkat TL (talk) 07:37, 11 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Venkat TL, Looks interesting. I'd feel happy to make this change per MOS:MS. ─ The Aafī (talk) 09:30, 11 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@TheAafi No, I am not asking to rename the article. The title is correct. I meant that in the subsequent reference to her in the article, I saw that someone had used "Khanum" to refer her. I have corrected that. After the first mention of her full name, any subsequent reference to her should be done by using her first name. Venkat TL (talk) 09:37, 11 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Venkat TL, This is what I pointed to. MOS:MS isn't WP:COMMONNAME. I was first hesitant in making this change but she's more known with her first name than the last one, and it feels legit per MOS:MS to be used following the full initial name. ─ The Aafī (talk) 09:40, 11 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Anyways, FYI, I had created this article back in April 2020 and from then onwards, it remained as it was. Thanks for the valuable additions that you made. ─ The Aafī (talk) 09:41, 11 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Ok. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Yes. I agree with MOS:MS. Venkat TL (talk) 09:42, 11 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
