Untitled[edit]

Anyone who has read rhe book, can tell that "Kmicic" is from Lithuania, like Sienkiewicz himself.--Lokyz (talk) 06:50, 26 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Being from Lithuania, in that time, is not the same as being from modern Lithuania. Anyone who has read the book can tell that Kmicic is a szlachcic. And are you saying that Sienkiewicz was a Lithuanian? :) --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 04:02, 29 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
There was and is only one Lithuania, despite Wishful thinking. Best of the luck.--Lokyz (talk) 16:03, 30 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Don't think this is true[edit]

He is based on a real historical character, Samuel Kmicic. - Actually, the Deluge mentions "Samuel" Kmicic separately from Andrzej and says he was his relative. So not so sure this is in fact true.Volunteer Marek (talk) 01:16, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
