Discrepancies in the sources[edit]

  1. King (2022) is a bit weird with the dates of his UMIST tenure. p 385 suggests that 1985 was when he started at UMIST, but then p 392 lists the UMIST tenure as 1979 to 1982. And then the abstract has him still at RJBA in 1982! Clarkson University's PR department has him starting APAL in 1985.
  2. King (2022) has APAL being sold to Science Applications International Corporation, but this article says it was to Penspen. Not unimaginable that bits of the company wound up at both after corporate mergers and spin-offs, but I'd need a source saying that.

I've just left both of those out since I can't figure out which (if any) is right. Polyphemus Goode (talk) 15:42, 15 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
