Primary School Staff[edit]

My aunt, Miss C Haigh, was head teacher of the primary school until her retirement in (approximately) 1968. I must admit I did not realize that the school remained open for so long after her retirement; for some reason I thought it closed shortly afterwards. I recall visiting her in the head-teacher's house during my teens. I am pleased to note that my aunt is still living in retirement in Minehead, and will (God willing!) attain her 100th birthday this year (2008) --APRCooper (talk) 00:19, 18 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
