Economic Hitmen[edit]

This is interesting, when you bear in mind what was written by John Perkins in his book, Confessions of an economic hitman. This is just speculation, but could certain sty-behind Nazi networks have been used to murder him? There is no proof of the 3rd generation of the RAF. --Ibykus prometheus 19:25, 31 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Factual error corrected...[edit]

The original article said that he was killed by a shaped charge (Munroe effect) when, in fact, he was killed by a Misznay-Schardin type charge.

The article did have the correct description of how the charge works, just not the name.

Source[edit]

Giving you the source is all I can do here. You have to read it for yourself. If you can't read German use a translator like Babelfish.--ChainSuck-Jimmy 07:50, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I found what I consider a reliable English language source here and here. I'm sorry if my German isn't good enough to fully understand the other source, I couldn't find any actual reference to the part about the World Bank and his influence in particular. Due to WP:V we are quite strict about not drawing our own conclusions. EconomicsGuy 08:10, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
If the problem is only the sentence about his influence then I wouldnt mind to remove it, though I would regard it to be quite obvious that the chairman of the Deutsche Bank has indeed some influence. Another source I found is this. I also wouldnt mind to replace the German source with this one or the two you suggested.--ChainSuck-Jimmy 10:05, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
