Translation evaluated[edit]

I was asked to evaluate the translation of this article from Romanian. What we have here isn't exactly a translation of the Romanian article, but it covers similar terrain and the two do not contradict each other. Oddly, the Romanian article does not mention that he was mayor of Dej, despite that being stated in the the title of the cited obituary, and neither Wikipedia article names his party affiliations with the PDSR and later PSD (both mentioned in the obituary, and apparently he figured prominently in the former, at one point serving as its secretary general). - Jmabel | Talk 00:02, 1 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
