"...and will not use any products tested on animals."[edit]

That's not possible, unless she does not use medical care of any kind. All drugs and medical procedures are tested on animals first. A2Kafir (and...?) 22:45, 2 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Obviously they mean only cosmetics... Sv1xv (talk) 08:51, 26 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Uh, wrong. Epic fail wrong. Saccharin, aspartame... tested on animals. Any number of Chinese herbal medicines as well. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.171.176.240 (talk) 07:01, 6 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Of which she probably avoids. And good that she does, as should we all. People try their best, you should support that and not be a stupid smart ass trying to find some fault in the noble things they try to do to help the world.24.62.95.150 (talk) 05:39, 10 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

educated early life[edit]

i saw mention that she went to the groton schoola s a teenager adn graduated from there.

shoudl this be in the article?--Patbahn (talk) 05:37, 10 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

In order to add that content, we would need to find reference to her time at Groton in a reliable source. Such a reference is probably out there somewhere, so please feel free to look for it. BTW: My brother was a classmate of hers at Groton, so I know you are correct, but I cannot use that personal knowledge to back up putting such language into the article, because that would be considered original research. And, last but not least, GO GROTON GIRL'S CREW! Ebikeguy (talk) 15:52, 10 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

"Sample of Prominent Alumni: Dean Acheson, Ayi Kwei Armah, Hugh Auchincloss, James Auchincloss, Louis Auchincloss, Francis Biddle, McGeorge Bundy, William Bundy, Jim Cooper, Peter Gammons, Joseph Grew, Fred Gwynne, W. Averell Harriman, Stephen Hill, Joseph Medill McCormick, Robert R. McCormick, Daniyal Mueenuddin, Alexandra Paul, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Sarah Sewall, Sam Waterston"

The school in it's own web page cites her as a "Prominent alum"

and

"Alexandra: I went to middle school at Cornwall Consolidated School in Connecticut, which had something like a whopping 118 kids in grades K-8. I graduated first in my class and my twin was captain of all the teams. Then we both went to different boarding schools. I went to Groton School in Massachusetts, which I loved. It is a small co-ed prep school with rigorous academic standards in rural New England. I was one of those goofy kids who loved school."

and some bizarre site called Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Groton_School#Notable_alumni

lists her as an alum of Groton — Preceding unsigned comment added by Patbahn (talkcontribs) 17:03, 22 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
