Removed "currently one of the world's foremost Japanologists." as being non-POV. MightyAtom 17:04, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

On a similar note, the line that describes Kerr as having been "introduced to kabuki from a perspective, and with a depth, which few foreigners have" made me cringe. I'm cutting it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Drerp (talkcontribs) 17:12, 26 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Reverted 58.8.188.209's edits[edit]

You are most welcome to add the sharpest criticism to Alex Kerr you can find, as long as it's documented and properly framed, and it's presented as criticisms moved to Kerr by someone you name (NPOV). Wikipedia is not a soap box for your jeremiads against Kerr.

publication date of Dogs and Demons[edit]

The boilerplate in my copy says this book was published in the States and in the UK in 2001. The entry here says 2002. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mikedelong (talkcontribs) 09:53, 20 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
