Al Difa → Al-Difa' – ' is essential because this would change the meaning of the word from الدفاع The Defense => to الضفة The Bank [of a river]. A quick google search shows this is more prevalently used: [1]. Makeandtoss (talk) 15:32, 25 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
