Comments[edit]

This page needs to be disambiguated, since Al Hussein refers to Imam Hussein too. -- Eagleamn 17:57, Jun 13, 2005 (UTC)

How is it certain that this missile was named after Imam Hussein (as)? Maybe it was named after Saddam. Armyrifle 01:25, 28 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Rewrite needed[edit]

{{Rewrite}} removed, 16 Jan 08.

Article needs to be rewritten in outline format, Development/Operations/Gulf War/Iraq War/Specifications etc. LanceBarber 15:40, 1 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Format modifications and cleaning up already done. DagosNavy 10:30, 15 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rewrite is excellant. I did a B-class review and checked off criteria. Minor tweaks, as in any article, can be done. Job well done DagoNavy! Respectfully submitted, LanceBarber (talk) 17:53, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding A Change[edit]

I deleted the claim that Al Hussein was named after Imam Hussein, because it lacked proper reference, in addition to being plainly impossible.

Saddam Hussein continually dubbed the Iranian "majus" (Arabic for Magus) and non-Muslim, while he would admit they were Shia. To him, Shia weren't Muslims so it would be asinine to title his home brewed missile after the Shia's exemplary martyr (Imam Hussein, namely).

The reference number attached to the claim navigated to [1] in the reference list, where three names and a page number were written without a mention of the reference's title. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.147.194.107 (talk) 19:45, 14 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Missile Assessment during Dessert Storm lists just one attack on KKMC I remember at least 3 (I was there), I'll post the link to a reference I found, someone more knowledgeable about editing these pages can fix it. http://web.mit.edu/ssp/publications/working_papers/wp93-2.pdf Pg 37 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.180.248.172 (talk) 21:23, 5 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
