Infobox and lead look good.
"Just prior to" → "Before" (less wordy)
Remove the comma after "of a window".
"for the purpose of" - extremely wordy so reword.
"which found" → "that found"
"During October 1928" → "In October 1928"
"a $11.5 million" → "an $11.5 million"
Sort categories in alphabetical order.
