Poster image[edit]

Per many of the other Academy Awards pages, the movie poster image for the winning Best Picture is included. Reduced resolution movie posters and magazine covers are considered Fair Use under such circumstances. Kershner 17:28, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

And so you may believe. However, having read Wikipedia:Fair use and partaken in some discussions on Wikipedia talk:Fair use I maintain that no fair use rationale applies to the way these images are being introduced in the articles of various movie awards, and I will remove images that are reinserted. __meco 22:20, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The color of stupid?[edit]

How, exactly, did "Lawrence of Arabia" win for black and white art direction? 64.110.254.188 (talk) 16:18, 28 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It didn’t. Lawrence of Arabia won for color art direction.[1] Is that not showing correctly for you? It is for me. — HTGS (talk) 21:07, 28 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
