@Tails Wx: as the only contributor to this article so far you could c/p the existing material into 2023 Fort Lauderdale floods and replace this with a redirect – and this won't need to become a full-blown merge discussion. There doesn't look like there's much overlap between what you and Elijahandskip have written so far.
