Spezia and Verona head-to-head points: why?[edit]

Why are Spezia and Verona head-to-head points shown in note 39? As the table is right now, if they tie a tiebreaker match will be played, so this info is actually pointless and counter-intuitive: who cares if Spezia is "ahead" given the fact they will counted as tied if they will end with the same amount of point? 80.183.200.246 (talk) 11:56, 15 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
