Massacre categories[edit]

Sources like this have info from human rights group describing the incident as massacre. Up to 80 people, mostly women and children, were killed in the attack. --Mhhossein talk 05:29, 28 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No, the cited New York Times source does not say that. It merely reports hyperbole from a purported human rights group. Per WP:CRIME, we require reliable sources that this was deliberate. Otherwise it is just another air raid. Hawkeye7 (discuss) 05:59, 28 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
What about sources like [1] and [2]. I am going to take them to RSN. --Mhhossein talk 06:52, 28 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Hawkeye7: It seems the sources are not "authoritative" but can be used as an attributed opinion. --Mhhossein talk 05:21, 30 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The problem is that we don't have agreement on what constitutes a "massacre". A common problem with categories. Hawkeye7 (discuss) 07:34, 30 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
