Images[edit]

I seriously doubt about the images uploaded here as many seems to be grabbed from news articles. I just spotted a new user who has been uploading images on Commons, with my presumption they are uploading copyright violations. Unless there are Commons photographers who contributed their own images of the quake's damage or any images from Philippine gov't sources, we might need to clean up the article and mark any suspected copyright violations on Commons for deletion (most likely a speedy one because they surfaced just within the 24 hours after the quake).@Hariboneagle927:, can you chime in here? Maybe someone may keep watch of this user: Smityy werbanjagermanjensen, who uploaded images I suspect to be just grabbed from copyrighted news articles. TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 05:26, 23 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Self-Contradicting[edit]

The “Casualties” section first states that there were 18 deaths, then that there were 16 deaths. Bsoyka 03:59, 26 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The breakdown of deaths by location comes from an older report. I've tweaked the text to remove the contradiction. Hopefully, there will be an updated breakdown available soon. Mikenorton (talk) 05:18, 26 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
