has anyone been able to find the format details for this tournament? The schedule indicates a round of 16 with a single draw for tie-breakers, so with 5 groups (3 qualifiers from each group is normal) how will the 16th playoff qualifier be established?18abruce (talk) 01:22, 21 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
