Wheelchair Dancesport Will Be Introduced To the IPC in 2016

Paracanoe needs a pictogram and a "general" article

IPC to completely ban Russia
According to The Guardian, the IPC are going to do what its Olympic counterpart didn't, and ban all Russian athletes' from the Paralympics. Other sources also reporting this news are The Telegraph, The Independent, and BBC Sport. However, the IPC state an official announcement will be made 7 August at 17:00 CEST (21:00 British Summer Time). Worth a mention that there are early reports (with the 3 sources to verify), with an official statement being released on August 7 (again with the IPC source to verify).
