results -- horses not running[edit]

Text says "Fear the Kitten" could not enter the race, despite scratch of another horse, because betting had already started. "Fear the Kitten" is also listed as a "scratch" in the results. Carving also could not have started because betting had already begun. I'm not sure why Fear the Kitten is listed as a scratch and Carving is not. Someone with more familiarity with how that all works can chime in. Stylteralmaldo (talk) 21:00, 14 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Carving was never on the also eligible list and could not have run regardless of when scratches occurred. Fear the Kitten is listed as a scratch because the horse was also eligible and was on the program. - Nbpolitico (talk) 13:42, 15 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
