Semi-protected status[edit]

How does a page get semi-protected? The mens T20 world cup page had lots of vandalised entries, match predictions and also people changing seedings without knowing what they were doing. Getting it set to semi-protected halped a lot. Can we do that for this page too? Mr splosh (talk) 18:59, 24 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Updating the statistics section[edit]

I suggest we follow these guidelines when updating the statistics section:

  1. Each table shows the top five entries for that class of record
  2. Where two or more players have the same value, they are ordered alphabetically by last name
  3. If there are two or more players with the same value for the fifth row in the table, then all players with that value are shown
  4. Please copy and paste entire rows in the table when making a new entry. This is more accurate than overtyping, and reduces the likelyhood that someone else has to correct your errors later
  5. If a player should no longer be shown in a table, do not delete the row but move it into a comment section. If that player subsequently returns to the table it makes it easier to copy and reduces the amount of work required

Thanks
