I figured this could go under a heading called "Untitled." The "Events: section of this page claims that James Cameron began writing the script for Avatar in 1996. There are no articles cited that provide evidence for this information. According to the Avatar wikipedia page itself, he only announced that he would begin working on a film titled "Avatar," which would begin production after "Titanic." He began writing the script officially in 2006, according to this same page. I feel that this page should either delete this entry from the Events heading entirely, or just edit the event to reflect that fact that Cameron announced the movie to the public, not that he began working on it.

I also call into question whether or not either version of this entry is significant enough to warrant mention on this page. Cottog8444 (talk) 07:03, 24 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Happy Gilmore?[edit]

I noticed that Happy Gilmore came out in 1996, but it isn't in the list. I added it to the list of movies, but I don't know whether it was one of the top grossing movies. I would guess it was. Could somebody check to see, and possible add it to the list? Tracer Bullet 06:55, 30 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

12 Monkeys and Dead Man Walking[edit]

Both of these were released in 1995 and both are featured on the 1995 list. I tried to remove them but I then messed up the colors and the dates of other films on the list. Please help me! Calle Widmann (talk) 02:58, 25 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
