  • This article is well referenced and reasonably comprehensive in scope.
  • The Relief efforts and response contains information about the relief effort and the subsequent installation of monitoring equipment; however there is no information about the rebuilding programme. The previous section, Damage and casualties, mentions consider damage to homes yet there is no discussion at all in the final section about the rebuilding efforts.
