Location of stand-alone article on aa lava[edit]
The marks before the two as in aa are okinas (U+02BB), not apostrophes. If a stand-alone article on aa is written, it would be better to put it at ʻAʻā (with okinas and a macron), or, since this is the English wikipedia, to use the Anglicized spelling and put it at aa (lava flow).
