Matinee

[edit]

Should mention be made of Matinee, the film loosely based on William Castle? Perhaps as a tribute or something?--De 01:43, 30 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Done, and it only took seven years. Clarityfiend (talk) 07:53, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Matinee & additional info

[edit]

I think there is quite a bit more that could be added. There is very little about his involvement in Broadway prior to moving to California. Also his directoral debut began in 1943 and he had a fair amount of screen credits prior to the 50's and his gimmicks period. Matinee is mentioned on some of the WP films and would seem appropriate for this page. Philbertgray 21:16, 22 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Isn't it ironic? No, I really don't think so

[edit]

What is so ironic about him claiming to have taken a life insurance for that bug? 82.93.10.238 13:58, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It's ironic because the bug most likely outlived him. 98.200.201.59 (talk) 06:43, 24 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

13 Ghosts review

[edit]

I remember a review of the original 13 Ghosts -- most likely in a Baltimore paper -- that said "I wish the viewer had a black filter, so I wouldn't have to watch the film." Somebody with time to waste should try to find it. WilliamSommerwerck (talk) 17:10, 2 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Macabre-large.jpg

[edit]

Image:Macabre-large.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Cockroach caused his death?

[edit]

How exactly did the cockroach cause his death? The article simply states that he died of a heart attack. Reconrabbit 20:24, 28 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism reverted. That was caused by the last edit by an IP. Clarityfiend (talk) 05:12, 29 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
