Neutrality[edit]

"The school has been noted by media for its rising academic success and proving that wealth doesn't always influence grades." That doesn't sound very neutral. Has been edited by School directly. Dc4444 (talk) 06:48, 9 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Recent news section[edit]

This section has no place on Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a noticeboard. Please do not re-add this section. Only significant information about the school has place here - teachers are not significant enough.--Konstable 23:58, 25 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Deleting this message won't help either.--Konstable 10:44, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

School roll[edit]

The MOE statistic is quite out-dated IMHO. Here it states 2306, while MOE states 2284 (including Year 15, if it exists). We would need some more accurate measures (ie. count from the school network?). --antilivedT | C | G 10:02, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It isn't importants that Wikipedia has the exact roll number, which would change almost every day. The MOE figure is an easy-to-find one which I suspect is updated annually, and is accurate to within a few percent. I don't object to the roll being changed to the Herald figure, with a reference. Next year, we will want to update the roll using the MOE figure again. Using the MOE figure doesn't really need a reference because the link is just below the roll in the infobox.-gadfium 19:57, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

MOUNT ROSKILL GRAMMER SCHOOL[edit]

THIS SCHOOL IS NOT BEST BBECAUSE THE EDUCATION DOESN'T HELP YOU LEARN ANYTHING IN LIFE..... SO THAT SCHOOL IS NOT THE BEST SCHOOL IN AUCKLAND.

Please see WP:EQ for reasons why you shouldn't write in all caps, and our article doesn't say that this is the best school. It just uses a NZ Herald article and their comment is completely separate from what Wikipedia has to offer. --antilivedT | C | G 10:29, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Assessment[edit]

A good Start class school article - with a nice set of references, sections and an info-box. For improvement the article will need expansion on existing sections and perhaps more on the history and curriculum, photos would be good too. Giving Mid importance for news coverage, awards and alumni. Camaron1 | Chris 10:06, 13 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Metro Magazine mention[edit]

I heard that MRGS is mentioned quite prominently in the June issue of Metro (magazine). I don't have a copy with me nor do I subscribe to the Metro, can someone add it as a reference? --antilivedT | C | G 08:39, 11 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
