The redirect is OK. It does mention him but spells it "NOAHFINNCE", without a space. He gets 288 hits in Google News. I've not looked into how good those hits are but I wouldn't rule out the possibility that he could be notable enough for an article, although it is more likely that he is not.  Not doneThis has been requested before. He can't go on the list here until he has a Wikipedia article about him. At the time I had a quick look to see if he was notable enough for an article and I thought that it looked unlikely but maybe not entirely impossible.
Lets give that another try now. Here are some links that will help us to decide:
To give us the best chance of finding good results, I've included all three variations of his and his channel's name here.
There are some hits in Google Books. Some are obviously not relevant. Judging the others by using the Search Inside feature (where possible) shows mentions but not in-depth coverage. Not all of them are searchable so there may be something good there that I'm not able to see. Google News turns up the Shorty award nomination and a little coverage of his music. The best seems to be this and this. There is one solid hit in Google Scholar here which includes non-trivial coverage.
There is a little notability here but I don't think this is enough material to support a general biographical article. He is definitely nowhere near meeting the criteria for an article purely as a YouTuber or a musician. Maybe one day he will have a string of hit singles and all that will change. Of course, others may be able to dig up more and might even be able to get it over the line but, at least for now, I remain very doubtful. --DanielRigal (talk) 14:27, 6 June 2021 (UTC)

It's worth a try. Anyway, I was wondering whether Finnce might be notable enough for an article a while ago. It was borderline but I didn't feel he was quite over the line for notability at that time. Looking at it again I see some new RS coverage of his music although most of the coverage is quite shallow. Jamie Raines is already listed. Sam Collins and Samantha Lux do not yet have articles. I am not sure whether either are notable enough for an article. I did a very quick Google News search on each and it did not look promising. I would advise you not to try making new articles from scratch as a new Wikipedian.
