Nationality in lede

[edit]

Do we have a reference for this? He was born in NYC? --Malerooster (talk) 17:16, 18 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

According to this, he met Queen while in the group "The Noise" in Puerto Rico. Though, I cannot find any reference directly stating where he was born. EDIT: MTV says he was born in Levittown, Puerto Rico. [1]DivaKnockouts 17:37, 18 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
That says "home town" not that he was born there. There are many folks who are of PR descent who are born in NYC and are Americans of PR descent. If the subject's notability is in part due to their ethnicity, we include it in the lede, which might be the case here, but I am an uninvolved party here, just trying to get it "right". --Malerooster (talk) 18:03, 18 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
