Why the unreferenced template?[edit]

There are two referenced external websites including an interview. Also a book is mentioned (title, author and ISBN are named). I do not understand why Danny added the unreferenced template to this article. Ik.pas.aan 13:55, 4 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Later life query[edit]

I have removed this snip:

"After 1972, she experienced a sharp deterioration, undergoing very obvious physical and psychological changes, first working as a "live show" and "sexual role play" girl and then ending up in straight street prostitution."

The documentary seems to show that from 1972 till at least mid/late 1970s she was (on the surface) doing well, and turned to prostitution after 1980. Canm someone check this? FT2 (Talk) 18:36, 27 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Image[edit]

Can a lead image be found of the subject? FT2 (Talk | email) 09:45, 9 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The one at http://www.jahsonic.com/BodilJensen.html seems to be everywhere on the net... unfortunately cannot find any licencing information.... if it can be found it looks like a good picture to use - Peripitus (Talk) 10:18, 9 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Run-on sentence[edit]

"Initially, after leaving home at 15, Bodil worked on a farm in a conservative area of Denmark. Her landlord, a farmer called Nielsen, commented, "She was passionate about animals", adding that she was entranced by the sight of animals breeding, an activity she stated she found "wonderful" to help with, later leaving to set up her own breeding farm, "Insemination Central", which became popular for her ability to handle aggressive animals such as boar, and was then ruined by country gossip, spread principally by farmers' wives who were unhappy at the prospect of their husbands working with a young single girl on farm business."
This might be the longest run-on sentence on Wikipedia. It contains ten commas. Please break this sentence up into shorter bits. -- Kicking222 14:26, 9 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks - now fixed somewhat. FT2 (Talk | email) 18:58, 9 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Note that this isn't a run-on sentence, but is instead (mostly) a right-branching sentence, which is substantially less problematic. JulesH 09:04, 19 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

GA on hold[edit]

First, you need to do as instructed in the Wikipedia:Peer review/Bodil Joensen/archive1 peer review. I don't see any of the suggested changes in this article. Next, my own observations:

  • A picture and an infobox would be good additions.
  • Reference #2 is actually two pages; separate them into two separate references.
  • Use the appropriate citation template on your references ({{cite}}, {{cite web}}, etc)
  • There are too many external links; integrate them into the article as references.

As no effort has been made to fix those things, I'm failing. Once you have completed these tasks, you are welcome to reapply for GA status. —Disavian (talk/contribs) 00:01, 17 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
How could anyone ver try to have this nominated for good article. There is not one single reliable source cited in the page.★Trekker (talk) 19:57, 17 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Partner?[edit]

Who is Knud P. Andersen? The article doesn't mention him, but his name is on the grave. Human or animal?

Article fixed to reflect this. He was her companion, but source material on him is a bit limited. Seems the daughter referred to was the 2 of them, so perhaps not platonic, as one source suggests. Its ambiguous. FT2 (Talk | email) 01:55, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yes he was her partner and was a human actor in her films.[1] — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.151.27.79 (talk) 09:52, 15 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

pronunciation[edit]

Removed to here until cleared up:

pronounced ew-EN-sən
Her name is pronounced "yu'en-sen").

Can't both be right. Also, did she have an established English pronunciation? These respellings only work for English. kwami (talk) 20:23, 20 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
