Rottingdean Village withdrawal from Division Two

Just a brief explanation;

I know Twitter/X links are not acceptable, however there is, other than posts on the Non League Matters forum which reference it, no other source as yet to something that happened last week. Rottingdean Village have, however, been removed from the Division Two table on [1]Full Time .
