Sylvia Benitez (born June 27, 1957) is a known American visual artist for her contributions to atmospheric painting and sculptural installations.[1] She gained recognition as the founder and president of The Gentileschi Aegis Gallery Association (GAGA).[2][3]

Benitez was as an instructor at Southwest School of Art. [2][3]
