This list of blocks includes a false positive. [[User:さとみよ]] is listed as a participant in a [[:ja:利用者:さえぼー/2019年夏|Wikipedia Edit-a-thon]] run by [[User:さえぼー]]. I consider さえぼー ([https://15.wikipedia.org/people/kitamura-sae.html Dr. Kitamura Sae] as featured in the Wikipedia 15th anniversaty site) to be a well-known and trusted Wikipedian, who regularly runs edit-a-thons in Japan. She has raised an unblock request at [[User_talk:さえぼー#Unblock_our_editathon_class,_please]]. (I'm a messenger who learned about her whole class being blocked through the Twitter #jawp hashtag.) さえぼー herself is apparently blocked from editing anywhere other than her talk page. Suspected sockpuppets


All of these accounts started editing the English Wikipedia in early April 2019. Most of their edits are Japan-related. Untr0, Mnsch1, Blbld, and Pnnst4 edited Kizo Yasui. Untr0, Jmsstrt, and Dbrkrr edited Otohiko Hara. Untr0 and Dbrkrr edited Inoue Kaoru. Pnnst4 and Jmsstrt edited Tadao Yanaihara. Jmsstrt and Dbrkrr edited Kaizuka, Osaka. Untr0, Jmsstrt, and Dbrkrr used {{Interlanguage link multi}} (diff, diff, diff). Mnsch1, Blbld, Pnnst4, Jmsstrt, and Dbrkrr added {{Cite book}} to the "References" section (diff, diff, diff, diff, diff).   • 　(Comment+Unblock Request) Wait. They are all students, who are taking college class instructed by professor, ja:Userさえぼー (Pronounces Sa-e-bou). They are learning translation from English to Japanese by doing that for Wikipedia articles. None of them is sock puppet. Their IP is that of their college.
