Template:Geobox Paderne is a civil parish in the municipality of Albufeira, in the Portuguese subregion of the Algarve.[1] In 2001, the resident population of Paderne included 3504 inhabitants, in an area of approximately 55.64 square kilometres (21.48 sq mi).

Geography

The centre, and main settlement, of Paderne is located {{convert|7.4|mi|km]] north of Albufeira, 23 miles (37 km) west of Faro and is 151 miles (243 km) from Lisbon. The village has good transport links being very close to junctions on the A2 motorway to Lisbon and the IP1 coastal motorway.

Travel to Paderne is airport is at Faro.[2] The nearest Railway station is at Albufeira.[3]
