Seyedmysam Aghaseyed Hosseini (Persian: سیدمیثم آقاسید حسینی; born 15 May 1983) is an Iranian cartoonist, illustrator, and comic book creator.[3] His work appears internationally in economic, intellectual, political and cultural magazines.[4] He is particularly known for his work for reformist papers in Iran and Persian language websites Radio Zamaneh, Tavaana: E-Learning Institute for Iranian Civil Society, and IranWire, BBC Persian. He is also well known because of his cartoons about Phone conversation between Barack Obama and Hassan Rouhani, 2013.[5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18]

Meysam has authored several books, mostly graphic novels . Owl book, all in Persian. Other books include:
- Jangal kartooni ("cartoon forest") was published in Iran in 2010
- joghd (Owl) was published in the Swedian, Baran pub in 2020
- khalij fars ("Persian gulf") was published in Iran in 2010
- Puzzle Aghai-e Ha ("The Puzzle of Mr Ha") was published in Iran in 2011
- Dar jostejoy zaman barray movafaghiyat ("In search of time for success") was published in Iran in 2012 [20]
- Hame chiz baray yek etefagh khob("Book everything for a good event") was published in Iran in 2012 [21]
Meysam Hosseini has donated thousands of books to develop literacy and help children, along with Taner Kılıç.[22][23][24][25][26][27][28][29][30][31]
