Rosalba Estela Morales Del Águila (born 14 November 1998)[1] is a Colombian weightlifter. She won the silver medal in the women's 55 kg event at the 2022 World Weightlifting Championships held in Bogotá, Colombia.[2][3] She won the gold medal in women's 55 kg event at the 2022 South American Games held in Asunción, Paraguay.[4]

In 2024, she won the bronze medal in the women's 64 kg event at the Pan American Weightlifting Championships held in Caracas, Venezuela.
