Phillip Carroll (born March 1847)[1] was an American politician. He served as a member of the Florida House of Representatives.[2]

Life and career[edit]

Carroll was born in Maryland. He was a farmer.[1]

In 1881, Carroll was elected to the Florida House of Representatives,[2][3] representing Leon County, Florida,[1] serving until 1883.[4]

He was living in Tallahassee in 1920.[1]
