Persifer Township is one of twenty-one townships in Knox County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 980 and it contained 835 housing units.[2]

Geography[edit]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.57 square miles (92.1 km2), of which 34.72 square miles (89.9 km2) (or 97.61%) is land and 0.85 square miles (2.2 km2) (or 2.39%) is water.[2]
