Now Kandeh District (Persian: بخش نوکنده) is in Bandar-e Gaz County, Golestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Now Kandeh.[3]

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 15,133 in 4,120 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 14,486 people in 4,497 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 13,276 inhabitants in 4,576 households.[2]
