Nick Frost (born 10 October 1999) is an Australian rugby union player who plays for the Brumbies in Super Rugby. His playing position is lock. He has signed for the Brumbies squad in 2020.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

Career[edit]

Brumbies[edit]

Frost made his debut for the Brumbies in February 2020 and went on to a total of 8 appearances that year. He continued to be a mainstay in the Brumbies in the subsequent years, making 42 more appearances in the 2021-2023 Super Rugby seasons.[7] Highlights include a 2 try night against the Hurricanes in 2023.[8]

Wallabies[edit]

Frost made his debut for the Wallabies in July 2022 against England,[9] earning a further 8 caps that year and Rugby Australia's Rookie of the Year award.[10]

In August 2023 Frost was named in the Wallabies squad for the 2023 Rugby World Cup.[11]
