Nepal Janata Party (Nepali: नेपाल जनता पार्टी, transl. Nepal People's Party) is a political party in Nepal. The party registered with the Election Commission of Nepal ahead of the 2008 Constituent Assembly election.[2] The ideas and agendas of this party is similar to the Indian political party Bharatiya Janata Party. The general secretary of the party is Prof. (Dr.) Sudip Neupane who has been serving in Nepalese legal fields for 3 decades.
