Michael P. Siano (born November 29, 1963) is a former American football wide receiver who played for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Syracuse University.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]

Siano also played rugby union for the national team.^[6]
