Michael McLintock

Michael George Alexander McLintock (born 24 March 1961),[1] is a Director of the Grosvenor Group Ltd and Trustee/Chairman of the Grosvenor Investment Committee since 2018.

McLintock was CEO of M&G Investments 1999 until 2016 when he was succeeded by Dame Anne Richards ex-Aberdeen Asset Management.[2][3]

Life[edit]

The only son of Sir Alan McLintock,[4] he attended Malvern College, before going up to read history and economics at St John's College, Oxford, graduating BA (proceeding MA).

McLintock was a Director of Prudential plc between 2000 and 2016 having overseen the sale of M&G to Prudential in 1999. A Non-Executive Director of Close Brothers Group from 2001–08, he also served on MCC's Finance Committee 2005–18, being elected a member of the MCC Committee in 2022. Appointed a Non-Executive Director of Associated British Foods plc in November 2017, he was promoted Chairman in April 2018. McLintock is also a member of the Takeover Appeal Board and the Spencer Stuart Advisory Board.[5][6]
